WHY THIS PAIRING

Pressure profiling only means something if your grind is consistent enough to respond to it. The Slim lets you shape the shot in real time; the ZP-1's 64mm Italian flat burrs and stepless adjustment give you a grind fine enough to be worth shaping. Together they take up 37cm of bench width — narrow enough for a shallow kitchen counter, capable enough that you won't outgrow either one in a year.
