WHY TWO GRINDERS

A fair question, since the KD-310GB already has one built in — and that grinder is genuinely good. It's a belt-driven conical burr with a 200g hopper and a wide range from espresso to French press, which makes it perfect for your house bean: always loaded, always ready, one button.

The ZP-1 does the other job. Its 64mm Italian flat burrs give more clarity in espresso than a conical, and single dosing means you can switch beans whenever you like with nothing left in the machine from the last bag. Keep the everyday bean in the KD's hopper, put the interesting one through the ZP-1.

If you'd rather start with one grinder, the KD-310GB on its own will serve you well for a long time. This bundle is for people who already know they'll want both.
